- Unworn & Unused – The item must be in its original condition.
- Original Packaging – The belt should be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return?
To begin the return process, follow these steps:

- Receive a Return Authorization – Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack and Ship Your Item – Use the prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).
- For international returns, customers must arrange and cover their own shipping costs.
Return Shipping Partners
We process returns through:
- USPS, UPS, and FedEx (for returns within the USA).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned posture correction belt, we will notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need an exchange? Follow these steps:

- Receive a prepaid return label to send back the original belt.
- Once we receive the original belt, we will ship the replacement free of charge.

International Returns
- International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
