Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the posture correction belt must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused – The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original Packaging – The belt should be returned with all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return?

To begin the return process, follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization – Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Item – Use the prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders).
    • For international returns, customers must arrange and cover their own shipping costs.

We process returns through:

  • USPS, UPS, and FedEx (for returns within the USA).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned posture correction belt, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

International Returns
