Why We Have This Policy

TeejaaAI sells digital products including AI workflows, automation playbooks, prompt engineering guides, and templates. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed. Once delivered, the product cannot be taken back, which is why all sales are considered final.

When We Will Issue a Refund

While our general policy is no refunds on digital products, we will consider exceptions in the following cases:

• The product file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described
• You were charged twice for the same order
• A technical error prevented you from accessing the product

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after purchase
• Product has already been downloaded or accessed
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Incompatibility with third-party tools not listed in product requirements
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
